A couple of scarlet macaws from our first morning back on the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. It is great to be back! I’m here a week before my photo tour – I like to arrive early to meet with the guides and refamiliarize myself with the wildlife. Bonus this year as my niece and her boyfriend will be joining us for a few days!
I’m going to be doing a talk on Saturday November 9 for the Great Plains Nature Photographers in McPherson, Kansas! I did a talk there five years ago and had a blast! I’m honored they have asked me to return.
Since I have spoken there before, I figured a better have new presentations, and have been working on them over the last couple of weeks. Topics include: How to Improve Your Wildlife Photography, Stories Behind Some of My Favorite Images, Using Your Cell Phone For Nature Photography, Tips and Tricks, and finally a revised version of my popular presentations on Animalscapes. It is only $20 for the day. It will be held at the McPherson Opera House which is a stunning facility.
There is also a Facebook Event for this, you might try a search in Facebook. You can also sign up the day of the event.
