Mendenhall Glacier, Tongass National Forest, Juneau, Alaska.
Back from an awesome whale and bear photo tour in Southeast Alaska! We had lots of whales including breeching humpbacks and orcas, and even more bears! It was a great time, but more on that in the days to come.
At the end of the trip a friend and I did a quick overnight trip into the mountains above the Mendenhall Glacier and had spectacular weather including a stunning sunrise. This is the first of many images from that quick overnight.
