Yep, while camping at Santee Lakes, we even took the time to rent a paddle boat. Yeah, we’re dorks, but they were fun. As you can see we kept the life vests in a very safe place – couldn’t have them getting wet!

Bighorn Sheep in Borrego.

We are traveling to Santee Lakes today, thus the short post. I am amazed at the number and variety of birds I have seen here at Santee in just a short period of time before dark. I am really excited about the next few days – heck, we had a few beautiful wood ducks walk right up to us as we got here!
